Access Statement

Three of our rooms are on the first floor, accessed by a straight run of 14 open plan wooden stairs, with a handrail on one side. We have one ground floor double room with flat access to its own en suite shower room, the breakfast room and guest lounge. From the front entrance hall there are three steps to access this flat area.

 

From the parking areas there is flat access to the front door which has one step.

 

From the patio door there are two steps down to the patio and a shallow step onto the back garden, with a steeply sloping lawn down to a lower patio and a flat area with boating moorings.

 

There are two fish ponds and care should be taken around all the areas of deep water.

Arrival and Departure

Rooms are normally available by 4 p.m. but earlier access may be possible by arrangement.

 

Please discuss your likely arrival time when booking, so that we can be sure to be around to greet you.

Bookings

Please note that confirmed bookings are a Contract between You and Us.

 

A deposit of £10.00 per person per night is required to secure your booking, paid by cash, cheque, electronic transfer or Paypal (overseas customers). We are not able to process debit/credit cards.

 

A booking becomes confirmed when we notify you by eMail of receipt of the requested deposit and contact details with eMail address.

Cancellation

Deposits are not normally refundable. However, if we re-let cancelled rooms, we may refund in part or in full.

 

Cancellations with less that 48 hours notice will be charged in full unless the room is re-let.

Data

In the course of booking and registration we collect data necessary to communicate with you and process your stay. We also collect limited information for market research (where you heard of us).

 

We will not pass on any of this data to third parties, but may use it to inform you of future news and offers.



Liability

We do not accept liability for damage, loss or injury to any member of your party or any vehicles or possessions, unless proven to be caused by a negligent act by ourselves or our employees or contractors whilst acting in the course of employment.

 

We endeavour to provide high standards and ask for your respect and consideration of our efforts towards your comfort. Please report any accidents, as soon as they occur.

 

We do not normally charge for minor breakages, but reserve the right to charge for any breakages or damage caused by any member of your party, or for any additional cleaning required to furnishings/bedding etc.

No Smoking Policy

Smoking is not permitted anywhere within the Avon Reflections buildings. Guests may smoke in the back garden if required.



Payment

Payment in full is required on departure if paying by cash.

 

If paying by cheque or electronic transfer please allow enough time for bank clearing before departure.

 

We are unfortunately unable to accept payment by Debit/Credit card.
